Hohner Jack Bass Custom V

Despite the fact I've had my paws on some nice basses over the years, this is the one little baby I could never part with.

I picked it up back in '92 for the then princely sum (to me!) of about £200 ($300), but it has since paid for itself a thousand times over.

Beautiful action, active circuitry if required (I hardly use it at all), two EMG pickups, and because of the lack of a head, it fits into a guitar-sized gig bag. Also, the Steinberger tuning system is a dream come true. It NEVER goes out of tune.

What more could you ask?

If this was damaged or stolen, I'd track down another in a heartbeat.
